He provides advice and training assistance to ensure compliance by all parties to the artisans learning experience.   PORTFOLIO OF EVIDENCE LOG BOOK DEVELOPMENT   All learners and apprentices are trained and assessed to the requirements of registered Unit Standards and modules and a portfolio of evidence is developed for learners and a logbook completed for apprentices.  Employers receive a monthly and end of programme progress report.
